Mission and Vision
Why Work With Us
Flooring installation happens near the final stages of construction.
Our team coordinates closely with builders and site supervisors so installation occurs at the correct stage of the build.
We maintain clear communication with builders and project teams throughout the installation process.
From scheduling to completion, we aim to ensure flooring installation runs smoothly and predictably.
HEPH has completed flooring installation across more than 2000 homes throughout Queensland.
Our installers understand the pace of builder projects and work efficiently to maintain consistent installation quality.
Our Installation Process
01.

We coordinate installation dates with builders or site supervisors to ensure flooring is installed at the correct stage of the project.
02.

Before installation begins, our team checks that the subfloor and site conditions are suitable for flooring installation.
03.

Our installers complete flooring installation using established practices for hybrid flooring, engineered timber, and vinyl plank systems.
04.

Once installation is completed, the finished flooring is reviewed to ensure consistent quality across the project.
Installation Standards
The subfloor should not contain humps or hollows exceeding 3mm under a 2 metre straight edge.
Where required, preparation may include:
• Grinding high spots
• Applying self-levelling compounds for low areas
Before installation begins, subfloors must be:
• Dry
• Clean
• Structurally sound
Floating flooring systems generally require an expansion gap of approximately 10mm around the perimeter of the room to allow natural movement.
Experience
Our team continues to support residential construction projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.
